Terms & Conditions

By scheduling a one-time or recurring service with Southern Charm Clean LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, but we cannot issue refunds for services performed. Please allow us the opportunity to make it right!

Clutter Free Space

To provide the highest quality cleaning, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, etc. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas.

Items We Will Not Clean

We will not clean electronics, display areas (eg memorabilia, Legos, trophies, China cabinets), or areas deemed fragile by our cleaners.

Reasonable Safety

We are not equipped to clean bug infestations, bodily fluids, or extensive grease or fire damage.  If our staff does not feel safe in a home or environment they will leave or we will remove them.

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to solicit or hire any staff member for any home‐related services. We will aggressively pursue a referral and training reimbursement fee of $3250 per hired employee.

Damages

Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.

Local Providers

We operate as a platform connecting you with local, experienced providers rather than maintaining a full-time staff. This ensures personalized, flexible service tailored to your specific needs, all while supporting local professionals in the community.

Supplies & Equipment

Our providers will provide and use their preferred cleaning supplies. If you have specific needs or requests of materials, you’ll be required to provide those.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information, access codes, alarm details, and any other sensitive data shared with our team will be treated with the utmost discretion. We commit to safeguarding your privacy and will not disclose or share any client-related information without explicit consent, unless required by law.
